All luncheon selections are served with your choice of pasta salad, potato salad,

BANDERAS STEAK SANDWICH
Tender shaved beef with sautéed onions, bell pepper and mushrooms with a
touch of our Chef's secret seasoning.
YACHT CLUB
A traditional triple-decker piled high with turkey, bacon, lettuce,
tomato, Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
TURKEY BLT WRAP
Thinly sliced turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato wrapped in a flour tortilla.
CHICKEN SANDWICH
A boneless breast of chicken grilled to perfection, served on a Kaiser roll with
lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese.
REUBEN SANDWICH
Tender corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on grilled rye bread with our
Chef's Special sauce.
WATERWAY CHEESE BURGER
8 oz. hamburger patty, served with lettuce, tomato, American cheese, bacon and a dill spear.
PLATED SELECTIONS
Served with a fresh garden salad topped with ranch dressing, rolls & butter,
fresh brewed coffee or iced tea. Add dessert for $2.50 per person.
CHICKEN MONTEREY
Boneless chicken breast, baby shrimp, peppers, onions, and tomato.
Monterey Jack cheese and a dollop of sour cream served with baked
whipped potato and chef's veggie blend of the day.
STRIP STEAK
6oz. grilled medium and topped with spicy onion straws, Lyonnaise potatoes
(layered potatoes, parsley and onion) and chef's vegie blend of the day.
CREAMY CHICKEN SUPREME
Grilled chicken breast, smothered in a white Wine Parmesan cream sauce with
bell peppers, Onions, mushrooms & garlic. Served with buttered egg noodles and
chef's veggie blend of the day.
STUFFED ROASTED PORK LOIN
Stuffed with sage dressing, slow-cooked and topped with our own porkk gravy,
accompanied by garlic whipped potatoes and chef's veggie blend of the day.
OLD FASHIONED POT ROAST
Pot Roast cooked in its own juice, served with baby white parsley potatoes and carrots.
SOUTHERN LUNCH PLATE
Crispy Southern fried chicken with homemade Mac n' cheese and green beans with bacon.
HEALTHY SUGGESTIONS
Do not come with a house salad.
CHEF SALAD
Fresh mixed greens topped with bacon, turkey, ham, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses,
hard boiled egg, cucumber and tomato wedges, served with crackers.
RIVERVIEW SALAD
Grilled chicken, steak or shrimp served over mixed greens and topped with tomatoes, onions,
cucumbers, croutons and blended cheeses. Served with crackers and choice of dressing.
LIGHT-N-LIVELY
Grilled chicken breast lightly seasoned, served with red skin potato salad
and fresh seasonal fruit.
PASTA PRIMAVERA
Fresh seasonal vegetables over a bed of linguine.
Tossed with our Chef's signature olive oil based sauce.
HOMEMADE QUICHE
Homemade with broccoli, Swiss cheese & Diced ham and served with a fresh fruit cup.
