CHICKEN FLORENTINE
A boneless chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach, onions and Swiss cheese
served with rice pilaf and Chef's veggie of the day


TRADITIONAL CHICKEN PARM
Tenderized chicken breast, pan sauteed with Italian bread crums, topped with marinara sauce,
fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese and served over linquine pasta.


ROASTED POULTRY
One half of a tender oven baked chicken or One Cornish hen,
served with almond rice and candied carrots.


STUFFED PORK LOIN
Stuffed with sage dressing, slow-cooked, and topped with our own pork gravy,
accompanied by potatoes lyonnaise and sauteed green beans.


LOW COUNTRY CRAB CAKES
Two generously portioned jumbo lump crab cakes drizzled with roasted red pepper tartar sauce
accompanied by grilled whipped potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetable.


SHRIMP AND GRITS
Jumbo Shrimp, Andouile sausage, sauteed red, green bell peppers & fresh scallions tossed in a
Spicy Louisiana white wine reduction and served with a kettle fried grit cake.


GRILLED MAHI MAHI
6oz. Grilled filet served with a fresh mango salsa, garden rice and fresh seasonal vegetable.


ROASTED TENDERLOIN OF BEEF
5oz. of sliced roasted tenderloin of beef topped with a Bearnaise sauce and served with
roasted red potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetable medley.
