The host pays for all drinks on a consumption basis and the check will be tallied at the end of the function. A minimum guarantee of sales, based on the number of guests, will be established by the catering office. All prices include the 10.5% South Carolina sales tax and 5% excise tax. A 20% service charge will be added to the final bill.

GUEST LIQUOR FREE-POUR BAR

Our bartenders will dispense your liquor, beer and wine at the following predetermined set up fee per person. Set up fee covers all mixers, fruit, bar supplies and glassware needed.
$3.00 per person for the first hour
$1.50 per person for the remaining hours
Anyone under 12 years $1.00 per hour
South Carolina laws dictate that all alcoholic beverages must be purchased in the State of South Carolina and must be delivered to the function room by the client or his designated assistant only on the day of the function. It is strictly against the law in the State of South Carolina for attendees to bring their own alcoholic beverages to any function. This is considered to be "brown bagging" and is subject to a fine. |

BARTENDER FEES

Bartender fees are predetermined by the number of hours required. There is a $25.00 bartender fee for each hour with the exception of the CORK N' BREW BAR, only $15.00 for each hour. We advise one bartender for each seventy-five guests. There is a one-hour minimum for all bars.
